It’s the time of year that evenings begin to stretch on and it feels like we have more time to relax amongst friends at the table. Our featured ingredient for these evenings will be time. Sourdough bread, pickles, cheeses and slow braised meats . . . good food can’t be rushed and we will be serving some of our favorites that take a little extra time.
